In 2020, I led the UI/UX design efforts at Philosophie in collaboration with WeWork's internal teams to develop a cutting-edge sales tool application aimed at supporting the company's rapid expansion and acquisition of commercial real estate properties. As WeWork's growth outpaced its ability to secure new tenants, the need arose for a modern sales experience that effectively communicated the benefits of WeWork residency to prospective clients while enhancing the workflow of the sales team. Beginning with an evaluation of the existing sales pitch and conducting in-depth interviews with sales team members, we identified pain points and devised a solution to streamline the process. Our design process encompassed defining navigation, user flow, wireframing, and rapid prototyping, all while maintaining alignment with WeWork's brand guidelines. Leveraging high-quality assets and virtual touring experiences provided by WeWork and Archaeologic, we created an immersive interface that facilitated seamless navigation through WeWork properties. A diary study conducted post-prototype distribution enabled us to gather valuable feedback, ensuring the final product met the needs of the sales team and prospective clients alike. Despite the project's challenges and time constraints, our small team's collaboration resulted in a successful outcome, demonstrating the power of efficient design execution in meeting complex business objectives.
